Do you offer interior design services as part of the renovation?

Yes — interior design is at the heart of everything we do. Every renovation project includes a full design service: concept development, 3D visualisations, material and finish selection, and a detailed design specification. You will see exactly how your space will look before work begins.

How long does a typical renovation take?

Timelines vary by project scope. A bathroom renovation typically takes 2–3 weeks, a kitchen 3–5 weeks, and a full apartment renovation 8–14 weeks. We provide a detailed project schedule in every proposal and keep you updated at every stage.

What areas of Italy do you serve?

Our primary service area is Rome and the Lazio region, including the surrounding provinces. We also take on selected projects in Tuscany, Umbria, and Campania. Contact us to discuss your location and we will advise on feasibility.

Can you work on historic or listed properties?

Yes. We have extensive experience working on historic Roman properties, including those with heritage restrictions (vincolo storico). Our team is familiar with the Soprintendenza approval process and can manage all necessary permissions on your behalf.

What is included in the 2-year workmanship warranty?

Our 2-year warranty covers all workmanship defects — including tiling, joinery, plastering, painting, and all installed fixtures. If anything is not right within two years of project completion, we will return and rectify it at no cost to you. Manufacturer warranties on appliances and materials are additional to this.
